3. Order Confirmation & Billing

After a successful transaction:

• You will receive an order confirmation email

• Your antivirus product key will be automatically sent to your registered email address

4. Currency & Charges

All transactions on ClickNCart are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply additional international charges or currency conversion fees based on your card issuer’s policies. ClickNCart does not control or add any hidden charges.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your transaction fails or is declined, we recommend:

• Confirming that all card details are entered correctly

• Checking with your bank for any temporary blocks or restrictions

• Trying an alternate card or payment method through Stripe

6. Refund & Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy to support customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your digital purchase or made an error during the transaction, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The antivirus product key has not been used, redeemed, or activated

• The request is made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase

• You provide a valid reason and support documentation

Refunds, once approved, are processed to the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

7. Product Delivery Format

All products purchased through ClickNCart are delivered in digital format only. Upon successful payment, the license key is sent to the email address provided during checkout. No physical product will be shipped.

If you entered an incorrect email by mistake, please contact our support team immediately to resolve the issue before the key is redeemed.

8. Unauthorized Use or Fraud

We take payment fraud seriously. Any attempt to misuse card information, perform unauthorized chargebacks, or redeem licenses under fraudulent circumstances may lead to the suspension of services and legal actions if necessary.
